Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or physics; OR 4+ years of professional experience in software development in lieu of a degree
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in AI software engineering, full-stack development, and data science
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or equivalents
- Experience in building Large Language Model (LLM) RAG pipelines using LlamaIndex or similar platforms
- Skilled in fine-tuning LLM models
- Knowledgeable in developing complex Agentic workflows
- Background in training Machine Learning models for computer vision applications
- Familiarity with various AI systems and tools including PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Experience with relational and non-relational database systems, such as PostgreSQL and Qdrant
- Capability in deploying containerized application systems utilizing Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in development on Linux operating systems
- Understanding of version control and practices including testing, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring
- Front-end development experience with React or similar JavaScript frameworks
- Strong grasp of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and frameworks
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when necessary to meet critical deadlines
