Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, math, physics, or a related STEM field; or 8+ years of professional experience in AI software/Machine Learning in place of a degree
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of deploying AI models in production settings
- 3+ years of proficient C++ engineering experience
- 3+ years utilizing Python for data analysis

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of computer vision models for real-time inspection and automated defect identification in large-scale manufacturing
- Design and implement pipelines for scalable model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining using industry-standard tools like Ray Train/Serve, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar
- Create software that integrates hardware, sensors, and tools (including sensor fusion) with AI-driven process monitoring systems
- Construct and enhance data pipelines from production lines, incorporating real-time stream processing and inference
- Collaborate with part/process engineers, NDE engineers, and materials scientists to connect advanced models and outputs to manufacturing
- Oversee design and code reviews, technology evaluations, and uphold best practices such as style, CI/CD, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and standards
