Senior SI/PI Engineer - Serdes, Satellites

- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics - Over 5 years of professional experience in circuit design and electronic product development - At least 2 years of experience utilizing 3D EM simulation tools and high-speed digital channel simulators (e.g., CST, HFSS, ADS) - Minimum of 2 years of research or industry experience in high-speed digital design or power integrity - Masters degree or PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering with a focus on electromagnetic theory, transmission line theory, wireline transceivers, or power integrity (preferred) - Comprehensive experience with electronic products from concept to production with an emphasis on full product life cycles - Background in architecting, implementing, and debugging advanced DSP-based SERDES products (e.g., 56Gbps, 112Gbps, 224Gbps) - Practical experience in specifying, analyzing, and debugging high-speed, high-bandwidth memory interfaces - Familiarity with designing power delivery networks for complex processors, FPGAs, SoCs, or ASICs - Strong grasp of wireline transceiver concepts, architectures, and circuits - Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C/C++ - Proven ability to excel in a cross-functional environment - Experience with low loss laminates, high-volume PCB manufacturing, and high-speed connectors - Familiarity with debugging and resolving EMI/EMC de-sense issues - Enthusiastic about optimizing diverse hardware components collaboratively - Willingness to work extended hours or weekends to meet critical deadlines - Occasional travel may be needed
