Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline
- 5+ years of professional design and/or hands-on manufacturing experience
- Ability and readiness to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Masters degree in an engineering field (preferred)
- Proficient in MATLAB, Python, or another programming language
- Experience in integrating and testing propulsion, thermal, electrical, and/or structural systems
- Knowledge of avionics systems integration
- Familiarity with documentation and configuration management
- Skills in writing test plans and procedures and providing go/no-go judgment
- Background in a production environment
- Proven engineering intuition, critical thinking, and ability to handle ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Oversee integration build flow and testing operations
- Assess proposed designs for manufacturability and integration
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to enhance manufacturing and automation processes
- Create and improve assembly procedures based on prior experiences
- Facilitate the daily execution of vehicle integration and testing workflows
- Analyze non-conformances to identify root causes and formulate actionable items and system enhancements

Located in a fast-paced environment, this role involves hands-on activities and may require travel to other SpaceX locations.
