Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Over 7 years of experience managing cyber assurance for classified systems/networks according to various risk management frameworks including NIST 800-53, DAAPM, JSIG, and ICD 503
- More than 7 years of experience mentoring and overseeing highly technical cyber assurance professionals
- Demonstrated knowledge of NRO Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes and JSIG A&A processes
- Subject matter expertise in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) 7-step process
- Experience working in demanding and highly technical environments
- Proven track record of obtaining Authority to Operate (ATO) for networks, weapon systems, and satellite systems
- Familiarity with Communications Security (COMSEC) procedures and practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions
- Proven ability to integrate with IT and product security functions
- Capacity to perform effectively in fast-paced and time-sensitive settings
- High comfort level with performing independent tasks
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) lifecycle for assigned classified information systems
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory, policy, and contractual stipulations for classified systems
- Identify, manage, and implement new regulatory and contractual requirements across various applications
- Stay informed about emerging risks, practices, and threats within the community
- Organize and coordinate audits, assessments, and operational tests
- Assess and choose automation, assessment, and management tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Offer expert knowledge in tools such as Nessus, Splunk, and Security Center
- Provide expertise in ServiceNow (SNOW), eMASS, and relevant Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools
- Mentor and guide Cleared Cyber Assurance Analyst(s)
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, contractual partners, and government stakeholders
- Further SpaceXs objectives and initiatives effectively
