Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related STEM field
- Over 4 years of experience in engineering, software development, data analytics, management consulting, or operations/product management within a technology firm
- More than 4 years of proficiency in Python
- Masters degree in Business or a STEM discipline (preferred)
- Strong skills in SQL and Python (preferred)
- Familiarity with database structures, query optimization, and ETL development (preferred)
- Demonstrated automation experience using programming languages such as VBA, Python, C#, etc. (preferred)
- Background in a start-up, tech, consulting, or fast-paced environment (preferred)
- Exceptional project management abilities and self-directed prioritization
- Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Capability to forge and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships
Responsibilities
- Develop and support high-quality automation to enhance Starlinks customer base and improve service delivery
- Establish alerts and monitoring systems for existing automation processes
- Coordinate stakeholder requests efficiently
- Monitor the health and effectiveness of automation, including metrics like credit issuance
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to strategize migration of automation to website-integrated solutions when needed
- Design well-defined and measurable experiments
- Produce and update high-quality documentation for automation systems
- Work with cross-functional Customer Success leaders, workforce planners, and operators to create automated solutions addressing customer challenges
- Provide the SpaceX leadership team with data-driven updates regarding automation performance and opportunities
