Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or physics
- 1+ years of experience in high-volume semiconductor testing or manufacturing (internship experience is considered)
- 3+ years of preferred experience in high-volume semiconductor testing or manufacturing
- Hands-on knowledge of semiconductor reliability, including physical and electrical failure analysis tools such as FIB, SEM/EDX, and network analyzers
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to utilize data for decision-making and process enhancement
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to occasionally work extended hours and weekends as necessary
Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on failure analysis to determine root cause and corrective actions for production, testing, and on-orbit failures to enhance product reliability and factory efficiency
- Design, validate, and implement production methodologies for current and next-generation hardware to ensure consistent quality and high throughput
- Develop data analysis programs to assess production yield and failure rates, incorporating statistical process controls
- Perform regular quality assessments of builds to confirm that design intentions are met and effectively communicated; identify areas for risk reduction and simplify designs and processes to boost manufacturability
- Establish appropriate Quality Management System standards regarding traceability, non-conformance, and configuration management for the program
- Formulate and advance the product qualification reliability test plan, overseeing testing and reporting
- Create an ongoing reliability testing framework to monitor manufacturing process health and screen for long-term reliability issues caused by process and component variability
