Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 1+ years of experience in RF test engineering
- Familiarity with automated wafer probe stations and VNA systems
- Experience in designing probe cards and analyzing RF test data
- Ability to lead and guide operators in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in JMP statistical software, Microsoft Office Suite, and KLayout CAD software
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication abilities
- Proven capability in creating detailed technical documentation and training materials
- Solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and risk/change management processes
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or tool installation programs
- Knowledge of high-volume manufacturing settings with frequent product changes
- Background in quality audits and yield enhancement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Create and execute test protocols for new RF BAW filter devices
- Establish calibration procedures and integrate them into manufacturing for devices operating from 2GHz to over 10GHz
- Promote ongoing process improvements to increase yield, decrease cycle times, and lower manufacturing costs
- Develop models for cost of ownership and risk management to assess RF probe test plans
- Maintain and enhance workflow in the test work center within a high-mix environment
- Act as the owner of automated probe stations and VNAs
- Supervise test operators to ensure smooth operation flow
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and equipment vendors to diagnose and resolve tool and process issues
- Work with design teams to set guidelines and schematics that enhance manufacturability
- Oversee the installation of new test equipment, including both capability enhancement and capacity expansion tools
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering documentation, and instructions related to lithography process control
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies for monitoring, controlling, and improving processes
