Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in the aerospace or defense sector.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical project management and/or systems engineering.
- Experience with satellite communications networks and IP networks.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and deliver timely, dependable results across multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, professional integrity, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in network engineering including LAN/WAN, routing, and IP transit.
- Familiarity with data science, particularly SQL or similar tools.
- Passion for innovation in process enhancement and system design.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Top Secret Security Clearance as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers during meetings, tests, and reviews to formulate integration plans, assist in architectural discussions, and ensure customer success in developing communications and data systems.
- Ensure timely completion of contract deliverables in alignment with customer expectations, translating their requirements into actionable development goals.
- Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to promote prototype development, working alongside subsystem representatives to evaluate necessary trade-offs for overall mission success.
- Engage in all program phases including pre-sales consultations, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing operations, while educating customers on our designs and methodologies.
