Mission Integration Engineer, C3 Technologies

- Bachelors degree in an engineering or STEM discipline - Over 1 year of experience in the aerospace sector - More than 1 year of experience in software engineering or electrical engineering, handling hardware or software projects - Active Top Secret, Top Secret SCI, or DOE Level Q clearance - Masters degree in an engineering field (preferred) - Background in spacecraft, aircraft, or launch vehicle engineering or operations (preferred) - Understanding of US Government processes and systems (preferred) - Experience with spacecraft, aircraft, or launch vehicle ground segment networks (preferred) - Familiarity with RF communications architectures (preferred) - At least 1 year of technical project management or systems engineering experience (preferred) - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (preferred) - Excellent verbal and written technical communication abilities (preferred) - Skill in balancing differing opinions and managing expectations among various teams and clients (preferred) - Adaptability to quickly adjust in a dynamic environment (preferred) - Proven capability to perform under pressure and deliver results across competing priorities (preferred) - A strong inclination towards innovation in process enhancement and system design (preferred)
