Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in design and/or hands-on manufacturing (including internships or collegiate engineering projects)
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar programming language
- Background in integration and testing of various systems such as propulsion, thermal, electrical, or structural
- Familiarity with avionics systems integration
- Experience in documentation and configuration management
- Proven ability to write test plans and procedures, with effective judgment on go/no-go decisions
- Hands-on experience in a production setting
- Strong engineering intuition, critical thinking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous conditions
Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration build flow and manage test operations
- Assess proposed designs for manufacturability and integration efficiency
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to enhance manufacturing and automation processes
- Create and improve manufacturing assembly procedures based on insights gained
- Facilitate daily execution of vehicle integration and test processes
- Analyze non-conformances to establish root causes and develop actionable improvement strategies
