Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline
- Over 5 years of experience in semiconductor and/or PCBA hardware reliability engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of predictive modeling experience, including data analysis and testing
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction for the Hardware and EEE Parts Reliability team
- Oversee EEE Component reviews and reliability initiatives
- Make swift decisions and manage failure analysis to address reliability challenges
- Conduct reliability modeling and risk assessment for EEE Component matters affecting our hardware
- Collaborate with manufacturing and design engineers to understand EEE component applications
- Assist Responsible Engineers in formulating qualification strategies, provide technical reviews, and ensure project completion with appropriate approvals
- Coordinate and facilitate the activities of the PCB Librarian team
