Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field, such as:
- Hardware or product management
- Engineering
- Procurement
- Supply chain management
- Strategy and operations
- Technology
- Proven experience in managing international supplier relations or working in global settings
- Proactive self-starter capable of identifying improvement opportunities with limited guidance
- Background in overseeing technical or construction projects from inception to completion
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex and ambiguous situations
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication abilities
- Experience with development in Python, C#, or similar object-oriented programming languages
- Interest or experience in data analysis, visualization, and financial assessments
- Commitment to the goals of reusability, renewability, and sustainability
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish key regional and global partnerships necessary for the acquisition, construction, expansion, and successful operation of Starlinks ground infrastructure
- Negotiate long-term agreements with major suppliers through innovative and flexible contractual arrangements
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of regional ground infrastructure
- Meet ambitious targets regarding expenditures, supplier relations, speed, and quality aligned with regional and team objectives
- Develop essential business, cultural, technical, and regulatory knowledge in the region to safeguard and ensure the reliability of our current and future ground infrastructure
- Enhance standardization, scalability, and efficiency in planning processes, workflows, tools, and resources
