Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Over 3 years of experience in IT systems administration
- Practical experience in Linux or Windows server management
- Background in enterprise network setup and management
Responsibilities
- Enhance and implement new IT infrastructure, including networking, server, and desktop hardware that supports critical networks nationwide
- Conduct routine system upgrades and maintenance between major operations, occasionally during weekends and evenings
- Monitor IT services and swiftly respond to incidents to ensure system performance
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to proactively identify and address potential technical challenges in systems implementations
- Create and update documentation for IT systems, covering system overviews, design drawings, and procedures
- Utilize automation tools and contribute to IT systems engineering initiatives
- Confirm that systems are configured and managed in accordance with industry and cybersecurity standards (e.g., ITAR, ISO, NIST)
