Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, statistics, or a related STEM field
- 1+ years of professional experience developing solutions using Python and SQL
- 1+ years of professional experience working with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- 1+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or machine learning (preferred)
- Proficient in building predictive models and machine learning workflows (clustering analysis, anomaly detection, survival analysis, time series models)
- Skilled in data visualization, including experience with geospatial data representation
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience creating and deploying tools for data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling
- Strong capability to delve into technical subjects
- Proven ability to tackle undefined problems and achieve positive results
- Self-motivated, energetic, and effective in communication across business and technical areas
- Familiarity with designing and using relational databases (SQL)
- Background in statistics or computational physics
Responsibilities
- Create high-visibility, statistically-based dashboards and analytics tools to identify emerging trends in customer growth or experience
- Convert insights into actionable recommendations for business and engineering teams based on statistical evidence
- Establish and maintain monitoring systems to quickly identify trends and regressions
- Collaborate closely with software and production teams to enhance user experience
- Develop and verify models aimed at predicting customer acquisition
