Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Over 3 years of experience managing cyber assurance for classified computer systems/networks in accordance with various risk management frameworks, including NIST 800-53, DAAPM, JSIG, and ICD 503
- Demonstrated experience with NRO A&A processes and JSIG A&A processes
- Subject matter expertise in the RMF 7 step process
- Experience in highly technical and demanding teams and environments
- Proven experience obtaining ATO(s) for networks, weapon systems, and satellite systems
- Familiarity with COMSEC procedures and practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Demonstrated project management capability with a successful track record of delivering high-quality results promptly
- History of providing unique or novel solutions
- Experience integrating with IT and product security functions
- Ability to perform under mission and time constraints
- High comfort with executing individual contributor tasks
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire RMF A&A lifecycle process for assigned SpaceX classified information systems
- Ensure adherence to existing regulatory, policy, and contractual obligations relevant to SpaceX classified information systems
- Identify, assess, and implement new regulatory and contractual requirements across broad and specialized applications
- Stay updated on emerging community practices, risks, and threats
- Plan, organize, and coordinate audits, assessments, and tests
- Evaluate and select automation, assessment, and management tools to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide expert knowledge of Nessus, Splunk, and Security Center tools
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Service Now (SNOW), eMASS, and other GRC tools
- Guide and mentor junior Cleared Cyber Assurance Analysts
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, contractual partners, and government clients
- Promote and advance SpaceX objectives and initiatives
