Build reliability engineer - Raptor avionics

- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or physics - At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or design engineering role (internship, co-op, and student project experience qualify) - Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to foster team innovation and reliability in technology - Masters degree in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred) - Over 2 years of industry experience with electronic hardware (preferred) - Proven experience in process improvement within high-volume manufacturing, testing, and quality environments (preferred) - Proficiency in diagnosing and analyzing electrical and mechanical hardware failures (preferred) - Experience in data analysis using SQL or Python (preferred) - Familiarity with quality and production methodologies such as root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA), Lean principles, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC) (preferred) - Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred) - Experience in avionics design, testing, integration, and troubleshooting (preferred) - Knowledge of welding techniques and complex mechanical assemblies (preferred) - Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and offsite when necessary
