Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a STEM discipline, with at least 1 year of professional experience in test systems, software, or hardware development; OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience without a degree (internship experience counts).
- Proficiency in C, C++, or Python programming languages.
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and develop testing platforms to ensure effective validation of Starlink software.
- Create software that facilitates test execution across various settings, including hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and virtual hardware simulations.
- Innovate tools to support more frequent and reliable software deployments, testing, and data analysis as part of a continuous integration and release process.
- Analyze test outcomes and diagnose issues that necessitate in-depth collaboration with engineers across the company.
- Collaborate closely with developers to deliver a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly integrated testing platform.
- Engage in hands-on integration and troubleshooting of both Starlink hardware and software.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements in testing systems and develop inventive solutions.
