Architectural designer

- Contribute to the design of multiple concurrent projects within a larger program, engaging with various A/E consultant teams and stakeholders - Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope and conduct feasibility assessments from architectural, fire/life safety, structural, and MEP perspectives - Develop and implement design solutions addressing form, usability, and physical ergonomics, facilitating clear communication of project requirements to stakeholders - Coordinate efforts among different disciplines involved in each project scope - Manage and review project request tickets, create work orders as needed, and oversee them to completion - Engage in the design process, coordinating technical reviews of all discipline work, scheduling design reviews, and tracking design progress - Take part in the design and construction bidding process, attend pre-bid meetings, process pre-bid RFIs, produce documents to secure contractor bids, and review vendor proposals - Assist the project team with CAD/BIM project setup and collaboration, establishing project templates, workspaces, and integrating 3rd-party vendor drawings - Conduct space planning for office assignments, including furniture and decor selection and tracking - Produce conceptual and architectural renderings, along with as-built documentation post-construction - Coordinate permit acquisition and closure with local authorities, performing quality assurance checks on permit sets and supporting building and fire inspections
