Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in AI tools to enhance output and code quality
- Experience in mentoring developers within a dynamic, high-growth setting
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, REST/GraphQL for backend development
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS for frontend development
- Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture
- Mastery of IDEs such as Cursor or Windsurf
- Experience with Vercel v0, GitHub Copilot, or similar generative coding tools
- Ability to create structured prompts for generating complex logic and migrations
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable Node.js/Python backends, utilizing AI for faster implementation and testing
- Spearhead full-stack feature development, leveraging v0 and Tailwind for swift UI execution
- Perform comprehensive code reviews with an emphasis on logic, security, and clean architecture that AI may overlook
- Assist in selecting and enhancing our AI toolchain, including custom agents and internal guidelines
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to transform high-level concepts into production-ready outputs
