Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in software architecture, agile systems development, and systems integration.
- In-depth understanding of agile development methodologies, cloud-native solutions, containerization technologies, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to conduct requirements analysis and translate them into system-level software requirements.
- Familiarity with creating data-flow models, object models, and business process models using BPMN based on current software analyses.
- Competence in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical risks and challenges, along with drafting technical reports and engaging collaboratively with government and other stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to establish cooperative relationships with government clients and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC).
- Valid secret clearance.
- Bachelors degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software architecture for complex systems.
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure effective software development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to outline software requirements.
- Create and maintain data-flow models, object models, and business process models.
- Identify technical challenges and propose viable solutions to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to align on project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct performance assessments and provide solutions to enhance system integrations.
- Participate in systems engineering analysis and contribute to the testing phases for satellite systems.
