Salesforce Solutions Analyst

As a Randstad Functional Consultant, I will guide the requirements development process, helping to identify our customers' current processes and technology within the CRM domain. My key responsibilities include: - Uncovering pain points and gaps in CRM best practices. - Leading design discussions with the technical team and documenting various solution options. - Creating detailed materials such as business process diagrams, wireframes, and additional contextual diagrams. - Efficiently synthesizing technical and business information to present implementation needs and options confidently. - Utilizing hands-on experience to implement Salesforce.com functionality and serve as an expert liaison among technical, testing, and business teams during project phases. - Collaborating with customers, both onsite and remotely, to gather and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and execute Salesforce.com implementations. - Developing a clear requirements strategy for each customer engagement. - Facilitating discovery workshops, including large audience sessions, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations. - Leading sessions to reengineer processes and identifying customer pain points and practice gaps. - Documenting requirements in User Story format and conducting rapid analysis of complex business information for technical processes. - Engaging in business process modeling, user experience modeling, and technical architecture diagramming. - Interpreting roadmaps and applying detailed technical solutions. - Building and showcasing prototypes within Salesforce, presenting them to both business and technical teams. - Guiding customers through the planning and execution of user acceptance testing. - Collaborating with various types of implementation teams, including User Experience, Change Management, and Global Development Centers.
