Requirements

Must:
- A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. - 1-5 years of experience with outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. - Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset for mitigating supply chain risks. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - 1-5 years of demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, utilizing interpersonal skills to foster relationships, promote teamwork, and achieve successful results in a dynamic atmosphere. - Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful training sessions. - 1-5 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams), with advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis). Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, particularly in creating, editing, and formatting documents. - A valid and clear drivers license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Conduct supply chain cybersecurity risk management to guarantee compliance with government regulations. - Oversee cybersecurity surveys, audit file reviews, and assist in training for both the Purchasing Department and technical teams. - Ensure effective management of supply chain cyber risks in line with internal policies and regulatory standards. - Monitor and manage the entire lifecycle of Supply Chain Cyber Risk Management (SCRM), identifying, mitigating, and documenting associated risks. - Attend and participate in meetings, including virtual conferences and working groups, focused on the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and other federal cybersecurity frameworks. - Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and process documentation. - Promote awareness of supply chain cyber risk management through training programs for Purchasing and non-Purchasing staff. - Continuously evaluate suppliers to ensure compliance, proactively identify issues, and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for timely remediation. - Submit surveys to suppliers to assess their compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements. - Analyze and interpret responses from supplier surveys and communicate results to relevant stakeholders and management as necessary. - Stay informed on CMMC regulations while providing ongoing training and support to purchasing and technical personnel to enhance compliance and understanding. - Draft contract provisions to ensure regulatory compliance and manage a centralized repository of approved standard language. - Support DCMA cybersecurity assessments related to Purchasing activities and assist in formulating corrective action plans if needed. - Execute daily administrative duties to maintain accurate and well-organized vendor compliance records, preparing them for internal and external audits. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity risk landscape within the supply chain and learn to prioritize and safeguard against these threats from a procurement perspective through appropriate training and online research. - Complete additional duties as assigned.
