Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Structural Engineering, Computational Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, or a related field
- 0-5 years of experience with a solid grasp of engineering principles, capable of applying fracture mechanics and probabilistic concepts in engineering software testing and validation
- 0-5 years of outstanding written and oral communication skills, able to clearly convey complex technical ideas to varied audiences
- Proven capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- 0-5 years of experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams while independently troubleshooting technical challenges and proactively finding solutions
- Strong enthusiasm for software-based engineering tools, with skills or potential in scripting, programming, operating systems, software testing, or technical documentation
- A valid and clean drivers license is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading and organizing virtual meetings, managing customer accounts, and offering guidance on software features and core engineering principles to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction
- Receive and prioritize client inquiries, bug reports, and technical challenges; conduct initial diagnostics, replicate issues when feasible, and work closely with development teams to ensure prompt resolutions and ongoing product enhancement
- Plan, design, and conduct formal software testing using established methodologies, creating and maintaining test plans, analyzing computational data, and ensuring compliance with stakeholder specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to gather, clarify, and refine detailed software requirements, translating business and technical needs into functional specifications to support design efforts
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and assist with research projects, creating user guides, release notes, theory documentation, data analysis, and contributing to quality academic publications and conferences
