Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field such as Computational Engineering - 4+ years of critical thinking and proactive problem-solving - Proficiency in various programming languages including JavaScript, JAVA, C#, C++, HTML5, and Python - Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management - Ability to analyze and convert complex technical requirements into application designs and implementations - Experience in unit and integration testing, as well as software/hardware integration and documentation - Competence in using Microsoft Tools, Software Repositories, and Software Engineering practices - Solid understanding of Distributed computing and Computer Science principles - Strong verbal and written communication abilities - Detail-oriented, proactive, quick learner, and capable of self-direction - Experience collaborating effectively in a team environment - Valid and clear drivers license

Responsibilities

- Develop complex and innovative software solutions for a diverse range of customers and platforms - Contribute to and lead a team throughout all phases of the Software Life Cycle using Agile methodologies - Engage in requirements interpretation, design, trade studies, development, task estimation, testing, and deployment - Design and create new technical solutions and frameworks for thin clients and server-side development - Support technical leads in breaking down larger tasks and estimating workload for team members - Assist and guide small teams in planning and task tracking - Communicate proactively and effectively on task status and technical solutions - Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development - Interact with team members and clients to understand project requirements and constraints - Participate in short-term travel for client meetings and system installations as needed
