Technical Support Specialist

- I will act as the first and second level point of contact for Help Desk support. - I will generate, triage, and resolve tickets through the Help Desk system. - I will provide both remote and on-site technical support for users and systems. - I will install, configure, and maintain equipment for end-users, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. - I will support prevalent business applications such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. - I will install new software releases, conduct system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve application-related issues. - I will assist with the implementation and upkeep of information systems, including cloud services, servers, networks, and software applications. - I will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. - I will conduct routine system maintenance, backups, and recovery procedures. - I will manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365. - I will maintain IT inventory and asset tracking. - I will document all issues, configurations, and resolutions to guarantee accurate records and facilitate team knowledge transfer. - I will develop, organize, and maintain documentation of the company’s network infrastructure to support knowledge sharing and continuity. - I will provide emergency on-call support as necessary.
