Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in SQL query development.
- More than 3 years of experience in SSRS development.
- Proficient in SQL Server 2008 R2 or later versions.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and query crafting using TSQL.
- Familiarity with SSRS development environments, particularly Visual Studio and Report Builder 3.0.
- Experience creating Power BI reports.
- Excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, troubleshoot, and manage SSRS reports and their associated data sets.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and uphold Power BI reports based on approved data models.
- Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and the BI team on reporting and analytical projects.
- Verify report functionality with internal teams and end-users.
- Partner with internal QA teams for acceptance testing and data validation.
- Follow established development standards, including design specifications and unit testing protocols.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Report any HIPAA violations to the Compliance Officer or Human Resources promptly.
- Complete and demonstrate proficiency in all required HIPAA training provided by the company.
- Be adaptable, recognizing that this job description may not encompass all responsibilities and may evolve over time.
