Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and Intuit Enterprise Suite
- Strong background in enterprise software implementation
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and AI-based business systems
- Knowledge of job costing, project management, service dispatch, inventory management, and payroll integration
- Proficient in financial reporting and analytics
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with varied teams including field personnel, office staff, and management
- Experience in construction, electrical contracting, industrial services, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau and API integrations is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and construction management software is an asset
- Familiarity with AI workflow tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier) is beneficial
