Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of computer systems and software.
- Excellent communication skills to clarify technical issues to clients.
- Customer-oriented approach with patience and dedication to solving problems.
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and effective support for incoming queries regarding computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Respond to client inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, assisting them through problem-solving steps.
- Create training documents and provide training to users, enhancing their technical capabilities.
- Ensure the daily performance of computer systems by installing, modifying, and repairing hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and collect feedback to enhance service quality.
