Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience in the financial sector
- At least 7 years of relevant professional background
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the following technologies:
- Management and support of a GSuite environment
- Proficient in GSuite / O365
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Powershell
- Proficient in Windows Operating Systems
- Familiarity with AirWatch or similar MDM tools
- Experience with SCCM
- Knowledge of PC imaging and management
- Ability to prioritize effectively and handle tasks in high-pressure situations
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for PC and mobile devices, addressing hardware, software, and network issues through troubleshooting and research
- Deliver exceptional service for executive-level support
- Oversee the entire support process, from ticket initiation to resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by improving resolution methods and managing expectations
- Assess new technologies and IT trends to align solutions with current and future requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Description
We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at a prestigious hedge fund located in Midtown, New York City. This position is essential for meeting the technical support needs of our customers, particularly in relation to endpoint support. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $45.00 to $52.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) plans with matching, dental and health insurance, and paid time off. This role requires relocation to New York City prior to starting work, and it is crucial that candidates can work onsite.
