Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong capabilities in processes, data, and systems, ideally in enterprise application settings.
- Proficient in SQL, including both basic and advanced query skills.
- In-depth understanding of databases, including data extraction techniques.
- Skilled in documenting system mapping and gathering requirements in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Ability to document existing workflows, specifically using Informatica, encompassing requirements summaries and mapping documents.
- Capable of preparing precise requirement specifications and mapping documents, and effectively communicating through written documentation or meetings.
- Experienced in developing process flow charts to aid in understanding use cases and business requirements.
- Proficient in business analysis, encompassing requirement gathering, data modeling, data mapping, and data migrations.
- Familiarity with Informatica or modern data integration tools such as Data Bricks or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience in supporting requirements and documentation during migration projects to Informatica cloud.
- Skilled in designing, developing, and implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications and adhere to IT infrastructure standards.
- Experienced in documenting technical specifications, system configurations, and integration workflows for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
- Capability to manage the product backlog effectively.
- Experienced in investigating and resolving production support incidents and requests.
- Ability to prioritize and groom project tasks for efficient delivery.
- Skilled in providing weekly updates to the Project Management Office (PMO) and actively participating in SCRUM meetings.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (5 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions to facilitate seamless information flow across various enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security, integrity, and efficiency within our data ecosystems.
- Gather and document requirements, workflows, and processes for data integration projects.
- Develop and maintain mapping documents and requirement specifications.
- Create process flow charts to clarify business needs and use cases.
- Support and document the migration process to Informatica cloud.
- Implement ETL processes to ensure accurate data movement between systems.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and provide clarity on system specifications.
- Document technical specifications and integration workflows for ongoing maintenance.
- Take charge of product backlog management activities.
- Investigate and resolve production support issues as they arise.
- Prioritize project tasks efficiently to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Report weekly to the Project Management Office (PMO) and engage in SCRUM meetings regularly.
