Requirements
Must:
- At least 10 years of advanced network design, implementation, and support experience
- Experience in working directly with customers on-site with some travel in Southeastern Wisconsin
- Proficiency with Firewall and security appliances (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto)
- Knowledge of switches and routers (HPE/Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper)
- Familiarity with wireless access points and controllers (HPE/Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet)
- Understanding of NAC solutions (HPE/Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco)
- Experience with ZTNA and VPN technologies
- Knowledge of Storage Area Networks (iSCSI SAN architecture)
- Ability to manage day-to-day network administration
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to juggle multiple projects
- High attention to detail for all project tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities for effective communication across the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication, follow-up, and presentation skills
- Desire to learn and keep up with emerging trends and technologies
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale network transformations and multi-site deployments
- Ensure strategic continuity for current and future clients through planning and technical guidance
- Act as a technical resource for the team, addressing complex network challenges
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless project implementation
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for networks and projects
