Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a project manager overseeing software implementation, including migration and new client deliverables.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of business applications.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across different functional areas.
- Outstanding communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams through challenging timelines and discussions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the business project manager on implementations and develop a unified project plan from inception to post-implementation support.
- Communicate effectively with both onshore and offshore development teams, as well as diverse stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment between business and technology teams, promoting transparency and teamwork.
- Address and resolve conflicts, guiding discussions with key stakeholders on open issues.
- Provide daily updates to senior executives on project progress, milestones, and identified risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations and negotiating project tasks.
- Coordinate with other project managers and the Project Delivery Director to share best practices and resource planning across projects.
- Deliver hands-on project management with minimal direction, guiding the team toward successful project completion, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project threats.
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Understand ongoing business objectives and IT challenges to assure successful outcomes.
