Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 12-15 years of extensive experience in enterprise data architecture, data governance, and metadata management
- Expertise in enterprise data architecture, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its associated database systems
- Proven ability to devise and execute data retention and archival strategies for large-scale systems
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures and integration with external systems
- Knowledge of master data management and deduplication strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to support cross-divisional initiatives
- Proficiency in estimating project phases, deliverables, required manhours, and costs
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy data strategies for CRM and related database systems
- Engage in enterprise data modeling and metadata management
- Create archival frameworks for CRM and AIMS data
- Collaborate with CRM and infrastructure teams to align configuration management with governance standards
- Lead deduplication efforts and master data management initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for staff
