Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- Proven background as a Business Analyst or System Analyst on web and CMS projects
- Familiarity with headless CMS, preferably Contentful, and API-first architectures
- Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry
- Knowledge of SEO principles and structured content
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to facilitate team ceremonies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for CMS integration, including pages, blogs, banners, FAQs, and reusable components
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and UX teams to define content models, templates, and workflows
- Assist in API integration and ensure that structured content complies with SEO best practices, such as metadata, schema, and clean URLs
- Work alongside SEO partners to conduct audits, develop URL strategies, consolidate content, and plan redirects
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while maintaining project backlogs
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
- Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through test case validation and the establishment of acceptance criteria
