Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, encompassing architecture, design, development, and testing.
- More than 3 years of architectural experience in constructing scalable and high-performing Martech and Decisioning/P13N platforms.
- Extensive experience in integrating P13N/Targeting with front-end applications.
- Proven track record in establishing and defining architectural solutions and designs that align with target architecture, including Customer Data Platform, Analytics platforms, and data movement architecture.
- Experience in RESTful API development and microservices development, with an understanding of design impacts on performance, security, resiliency, and maintainability.
- Over 2 years of experience with build and CI/CD technologies such as GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, or Sonar.
- Preferred experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex technical concepts clearly to peers, developers, and leadership.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Full Stack experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and support of Martech, decisioning, and personalization platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems for improvement opportunities in performance and scalability.
- Define architectural guidelines and best practices for software projects within the organization.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure architectural designs meet business requirements and align with overall organizational goals.
- Engage in continuous learning to remain current with technological advancements in the industry.
