Requirements
Must:
To set you up for success from day one at Solventum, we require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution and at least seven years of experience in Microsoft 365 Exchange administration within a private, public, government, or military environment.
OR
- A High School Diploma/GED with eleven years of experience in Microsoft 365 Exchange administration in a similar environment.
Additionally, the following qualifications may further enhance your success in this role:
- A minimum of five years of experience specifically in email routing, protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3), and email security.
- A minimum of two years of experience with enterprise-grade email security platforms such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, or Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Exchange Administrator at Solventum, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our email infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and maintaining the Exchange Server environment and Microsoft 365 email services.
- Implementing and managing email security measures, which encompass spam filtering, malware protection, and secure email protocols.
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring timely resolutions to uphold optimal service levels.
- Leading mailbox management tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
- Staying updated with emerging Microsoft 365 and Exchange technologies, while recommending and implementing improvements where appropriate.
