To ensure your success in this role from day one, we ask for at least the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher along with 5 years of experience in CRM (Salesforce) OR a High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of CRM (Salesforce) experience.
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology and Microsoft Office applications.
Additional qualifications that may enhance your success in this position include:
- Salesforce Admin Certification.
- Experience with ERP source systems.
- Cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management, particularly with master data groups associated with S4 deployments.
- Familiarity with data integrations linking Salesforce to external data tools like Snowflake for customer and/or product ingestion.
- Collaboration with off-shore CRM IT teams to implement system enhancements.
- Knowledge of customer onboarding methods and processes.
- Competence in resolving issues related to Salesforce Case Management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities
In the role of Global CRM Project Leader – Data Integrations and Governance, you will have the chance to harness your curiosity and work alongside some of the most innovative and diverse individuals globally. Your contributions will include:
- Addressing relevant business needs through both individual and collaborative projects.
- Working with international business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly solutions within Salesforce.
- Documenting issues from existing processes and collaborating with the CRM team to overcome obstacles.
- Analyzing data to identify trends or gaps in processes and proposing solutions for resolution.
- Establishing a solid foundation of Salesforce architecture and providing functional assistance as needed.
- Educating end-users on the platforms new functionalities and helping to train new members on the project.
