Dynatrace engineer for observability

- At least 10 years of experience in IT - Proficient in Dynatrace platform management and advanced configurations aligned with best practices - Experience with application and infrastructure onboarding, including APM, RUM, tracing, and dependency mapping - Skilled in designing alerting systems, event management, and problem resolution to enhance signal quality and minimize noise - Development of automation utilizing Dynatrace APIs, Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and shell - Familiarity with standardizing monitoring intake and lifecycle processes for new systems and applications - Capable of creating dashboards and reports across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and key platforms including databases, storage, networks, and SAP workloads - Experience in high availability design and monitoring for Dynatrace agents, extensions, and synthetic tests - Proficient in proactive application performance analysis, including stack traces, RUM insights, and network flows - Ability to define observability standards, access models, and operating procedures - Skilled at empowering client teams through documentation, collaborative sessions, and regular value reviews
