Requirements
Must:
- 4–7 years of experience in SaaS operations, cloud platform management, or technology operations
- Familiarity with software platforms or cloud infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of SaaS architecture, system monitoring, and deployment processes
- Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of cloud-based SaaS platforms and services
- Monitor system performance and ensure software systems are consistently available
- Coordinate software updates, platform deployments, and system upgrades
- Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate smooth product releases
- Track operational metrics and system performance indicators
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance platform efficiency and scalability
- Work with support teams to resolve technical issues impacting platform users
- Ensure service-level objectives and uptime targets are consistently achieved
- Develop operational procedures and documentation for SaaS platform management
- Implement best practices for cloud operations and platform monitoring
