Pega business analyst

- Serve as the bridge between Business and Technology teams, translating between technical and non-technical team members - Collaborate with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders to gather user stories and convert them into business requirements - Exhibit creativity and initiative in problem-solving - Understand business vision and communicate technology impacts and solutions - Work alongside Technology teams to devise solutions that satisfy business needs - Proactively identify and manage risks associated with projects - Assume various roles as necessary throughout the project lifecycle - Partner with stakeholders and customers to identify business challenges that need addressing - Capture functional software requirements and translate them into user stories - Coordinate with the Product Manager and stakeholders for backlog reviews - Participate in Agile sprints and assist with sprint planning activities - Support Agile teams and processes as required - Define criteria for solution acceptance and help in software testing - Create and publish software release notes while maintaining product documentation - Develop and maintain training materials for solutions - Integrate best practices into existing processes - Provide support to customer success teams and conduct training on processes and products as needed - Other tasks as assigned
