Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Workday Performance Management and Core HCM analyst
- Proven expertise in performance review processes, promotion workflows, and mid-cycle advancement procedures
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and gathering requirements
- Ability to create clear and detailed functional requirements and design documentation
- Experience in guiding configuration decisions and supporting Workday Extend-enabled activities
- Understanding of approval workflows, compensation processes, and HR data governance
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Workday Performance Management certification
- Experience with workflow automation and custom approvals in Workday
- Background in business process design and optimization
- Experience leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training
- Prior experience in supporting mid-cycle or promotion workflows within regulated environments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR leaders and FINRA stakeholders to assess needs for mid-cycle promotion and performance management workflows
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for enhancing promotion workflows and improving performance processes
- Convert business requirements into functional designs and provide guidance on Workday configuration/customization
- Facilitate requirements review sessions and design walkthroughs with business teams and developers
- Support solution design decisions, including options for Workday Extend customization and workflow automation
- Develop testing plans, organize testing activities, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Document solution designs, configuration choices, and training materials
- Advise on best practices for performance management and identify opportunities for process optimization
