Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in business systems, system deployment, assessments, setup, and training
- Proficient hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management encompassing:
* Timekeeping configuration and assistance
* Attendance management (points system)
* Advanced scheduling (patterns, rotations, coverage)
* Timeclock installation, upkeep, and support
- Significant experience in system configuration beyond user or support-level knowledge
- Familiarity with workforce operations, particularly payroll processes and time tracking
- Solid understanding of SQL for data validation, reporting, and issue resolution
- Experience with UKG-related tools, including Geofencing setup, UKG EZCall/Dell (scheduling tools), and integrations like Boomi
- Background in system integrations, including interface support or maintenance
- Keen attention to detail in system configuration and data precision
- Capability to assist with hardware, such as timeclocks
- Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support, maintenance, and enhancement of the UKG Workforce Management system
- Oversee core functions like timekeeping, attendance, time off, and payroll support, ensuring the accuracy of employee time data in accordance with business rules and compliance standards
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, assist manager workflows, and support web punching to maintain system stability
- Engage in hands-on system configuration, setting up pay rules, attendance policies, accruals, and scheduling configurations
- Manage security roles and permissions, execute system updates, and handle detailed configuration changes
- Ensure data integrity across systems by monitoring and troubleshooting interfaces, as well as validating data using SQL
- Provide technical support for timeclock hardware, including occasional onsite maintenance
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations and functional specifications
- Communicate system changes effectively to end users and provide training and support
- Collaborate on system enhancements and continuously seek opportunities for process and system performance improvements
