Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience managing Salesforce platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating Salesforce with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other enterprise solutions
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, validation rules, automation, and security models
- Experience with APIs, data integrations, and middleware tools
- Proficient in data migration and ETL tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the Salesforce platform, including user management, profile settings, and security configurations
- Configure and sustain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and flows
- Create reports and dashboards to aid in business decision-making
- Maintain data integrity through governance, duplicate management, and quality assurance processes
- Design, implement, and support integrations between Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Maintain middleware or API integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or integration platforms
- Diagnose integration issues, data sync problems, and system performance challenges
- Collaborate with developers and architects on effective integration strategies and data mapping
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to gather requirements and deploy CRM solutions
- Convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and automations
- Identify potential areas for process enhancements and automation
- Keep system documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration documents up-to-date
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and data governance policies
- Manage release processes including sandbox testing, deployments, and change management
