Senior Product Owner, SVP Level

- Lead the development and enhancement of a new Loss Forecast Platform for CCAR and internal loss forecasting processes. - Act as the primary liaison between risk management, finance, technology, and other significant stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Loss Forecast Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards. - Conduct market analysis and gather feedback to pinpoint new opportunities and drive product direction. - Create and maintain a well-organized product backlog, ensuring task clarity, proper estimation, and prioritization based on business value and urgency. - Collaborate with agile development teams throughout the product lifecycle from conception to deployment and beyond. - Provide clear direction to development teams during sprints to ensure accurate feature implementation. - Participate in all agile events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Oversee user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality benchmarks. - Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines and ensure platform compliance. - Communicate product updates and challenges to senior management and stakeholders effectively. - Monitor platform performance and user feedback for continuous improvement and innovation.
