Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years of hands-on product management experience in creating innovative technical products
- Experience handling modern integration platforms, such as API Management, IBM ACE, and TIBCO
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies and AWS environments
- Experience integrating AI capabilities in complex technical domains; knowledge of agentic AI platforms, AI/ML model deployment through APIs, and assessing AI improvements that align with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards
- Proficient understanding of software development processes, particularly Agile Scrum Methodologies and Software Product Development Lifecycle
- Skilled in establishing product strategies, developing tactical plans, and executing those plans
- Capability to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests, set release timelines, and create product forecasts
- Strong business acumen that considers external influences, evolving business climates, and future stakeholder demands when formulating strategy
- Proven leadership skills to guide teams and achieve outcomes across cross-functional stakeholders
- Recognized as a subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance throughout the organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of swiftly gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing complex information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Own the product portfolio and lead product strategy and direction for ITS initiatives
- Develop product requirements and feature roadmaps from initial concept to delivery
- Conduct feasibility studies, analyze cost implications, and evaluate various aspects of the product portfolio
- Identify key areas for enhancement and development of technical or procedural improvements to boost operational efficiency or reduce expenditures
- Monitor industry and product trends while prioritizing capabilities and trade-offs, balancing business needs with technical and resource limitations
- Research market trends and compile business requirements for new ITS products or services
- Assess existing internal systems and platforms, recommending updates for features or fixing bugs
- Understand core technologies and platforms, integration best practices, and integration of third-party APIs and open-source components
- Guarantee a customer-centric design by addressing user challenges and usability assessments while leveraging market knowledge to deliver strategically positioned products
- Analyze product metrics post-launch to proactively enhance user experience and product performance
- Foster communication and collaboration processes with all stakeholders through interactive sessions or digital tools
- Partner with Marketing to devise plans that support product objectives and facilitate training for successful launches
- Cultivate internal relationships with Product Owners to assist product integration across other divisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance and project management to ensure acceptance testing of releases
- Share updates on the portfolio and projects with managers and stakeholders
- Oversee launch planning and implementation, including beta testing, pilot programs, and user training
- Work alongside communications to create user guides, training materials, and schedules for various stakeholder groups
- Propose improvements for system maintenance and interactions with both internal and external clients
- Provide feedback, support, and coaching regarding sprint and release activities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of industry standards and remain informed about the latest advancements
- Participate in conferences and trade shows to engage with critical industry and technology leaders
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights and counsel across the organization
- Tackle highly complex technology solutions or manage a product portfolio requiring extensive knowledge across multiple business or system domains
- Act as a project team member or team lead in initiatives
