Requirements
Must:
- 2-6 years of experience in network support, network engineering, or network operations positions
- Practical experience with Cisco networking equipment (switches, routing, VLANs)
- Familiarity with network ACLs and security measures
- Proficient troubleshooting skills in LAN/WAN environments
- Experience in network compliance, auditing, or standards-driven settings
- Capability to perform hands-on installation and onsite infrastructure support
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to processes, standards, and controls
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on network infrastructure support, including installation and setup of switches and office network devices
- Support LAN/WAN configurations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and managing VLANs
- Assist with network buildouts for office locations and infrastructure expansion (e.g., Dallas, NYC)
- Maintain and manage network Access Control Lists (ACLs), including geographic restrictions and security protocols
- Ensure compliance of U.S. network infrastructure with internal security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct network compliance validation, reviewing configurations, inventory, and access controls
- Support audit and risk management initiatives, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standards
- Troubleshoot network issues related to connectivity, latency, and device-level configurations
- Keep accurate network documentation and configuration records
- Collaborate with global network engineering teams, particularly those based in Canada, to align on standards and implementations
- Participate in after-hours work as needed for deployments or changes

This hybrid role requires four days a week onsite at our Dallas office. As part of an expanding U.S. infrastructure for a global banking organization, this position involves hands-on support for network engineering tasks and compliance initiatives.
