Requirements
Must:
- Full-stack developer with 8-10+ years of expertise in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications using Object Oriented Design principles
- Proficient in Java Core with significant hands-on experience in concurrent programming
- Familiarity with the Spring Framework, including Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, and Hibernate
- Experience with databases, specifically RDBMS (preferably Oracle) and NoSQL (preferably MongoDB)
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment with scripting skills
- Knowledge of SDLC/DevOps tools such as GitHub and CI/CD pipeline frameworks including Jenkins, SonarQube, and JIRA, as well as secure coding toolkits
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in developing and implementing new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology Team
- Build robust, high-performance applications at a large scale
- Gain hands-on experience in web technologies (HTML, CSS), REST APIs, and backend development using Java/J2EE technologies
- Engage with Agile software development processes with an emphasis on test-driven development
- Maintain strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and utilize tools such as JIRA, BlackDuck, SONAR, etc.
- Create sophisticated tooling to benefit development and production teams
- Operate effectively with minimal supervision
