Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of professional full stack development experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Practical experience with Angular or Vue.js for front-end development
- Solid background in PostgreSQL and document-based databases (e.g., Amazon DocumentDB, MongoDB)
- Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Amazon Q Developer or Kiro
- Experience integrating applications with Large Language Models (LLMs), ideally using AWS Bedrock
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Demonstrated ability to optimize application performance, including database and API tuning, as well as load testing
- Strong grasp of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and secure coding methodologies
- Excellent skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and communication
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications, covering UI to data layer
- Create responsive and accessible front-end interfaces utilizing Angular or Vue.js
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with Java (Spring Boot) and Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL and document stores (e.g., Amazon DocumentDB, MongoDB)
- Architect and deploy applications on AWS with services like Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, and CDK
- Leverage AI coding tools (Amazon Q Developer, Kiro) to enhance development processes
- Build and incorporate features powered by LLMs using AWS Bedrock or similar technology
- Engage in large-scale document analysis and intelligent data extraction projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Design and manage automated testing suites using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Diagnose and rectify performance issues throughout the stack, including query optimization and API response improvements
- Write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices
- Provide mentorship to junior developers via code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions
