Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a senior role
- Strong skills in one or more backend programming languages, preferably Python or Java
- Extensive knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like Angular and proficiency in TypeScript
- Hands-on experience creating and managing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker, AWS Lambda, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS
- Experience with AWS and various managed services
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL solutions
- Strong grasp of application security principles, including OWASP Top 10 and secrets management
- Experience working with version control systems, comfortable with Git, trunk-based development, or GitFlow
- Practical experience in integrating AI/ML models or LLM APIs (e.g., AWS Bedrock) into production
- Understanding of the necessity of human oversight in AI systems within high-stakes environments
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full stack applications that facilitate regulatory workflows, data analysis, and reporting
- Create efficient and secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs utilizing modern backend frameworks, specifically Java/Spring Boot
- Basic familiarity with Python/FastAPI is beneficial
- Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript
- Collaborate with data engineers, security experts, and business analysts to convert regulatory requirements into effective technical solutions
- Responsibly use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Kiro) while upholding coding standards and security protocols
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using platforms like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and manage containerized deployments via Docker and Kubernetes
- Integrate automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and security practices into delivery processes
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
- Ensure adherence of all systems to technology compliance, audit, cybersecurity, and data governance policies
